Imaging findings
The patient presented yesterday to the ER with ADR and vomiting. Received subcutaneous fluids and maropitant. The next evening, severe lethargy persisted and the patient was brought back to ER. Owner notes that patient has only passed a small amount of liquid stool in the past 24 hours.
