The patient, a 5-year-old male neutered feline, presented with a urethral obstruction. An abdominal ultrasound was performed to evaluate the urinary system. The findings supported a diagnosis of pseudomembranous cystitis. The imaging contributed to the assessment of the patient's acute urinary issues.
