Presenting complaint
Patient presented for non-productive retching this afternoon and asking to go into the yard. Upon return, was excessively drooling and restless.
Imaging findings
Marked distension of the gastric fundus and craniodorsal displacement of the pyloric antrum. Also mildly small caudal vena cava.
Diagnosis
